dublinbikes New Pricing Structure

In April 2013 JCDecaux Ireland signed a contract with Dublin City Council to carry out an expansion of the hugely successful dublinbikes scheme. There are currently 550 bikes with 44 bike stations located in the city centre. This will rise to 1,500 bikes and 102 stations extended East to the Docklands and West to Heuston Station, among other locations.

You may have seen the latest addition to dublinbikes’ fleet of regulation vehicles on the city’s streets. With a capacity for 30 bikes, the new vehicle is an example of the ongoing investment in dublinbikes and has pushed the envelope in terms of design for a bike share rental scheme regulation vehicle.
